Anyone can get a judgment (assuring that they've pockets deep enough to fund the cost of litigation) but enforcing it is another matter entirely. Do you honestly think that those who choose to work this way will ensure that they hold assets sufficient to satisfy any judgment against them. You're more likely to get satisfaction when the window cleaner puts his ladder through your patio doors!
