I still don't understand what it would mean for me as the only person in my firm. It sounds like I could go for much less insurance so pay les there, probably not pay a £1k a year to the Law Soc which would save me about £30k over the next 30 years alone. Would I be allowed to do my tiny bit of litigation and could I call myself solicitor on my website?
