I must say that I am deeply saddened that Ms James has been struck off immediately. The circumstances should have been taken into account and the toxic environment she was forced to work in. I am sure there are many other lawyers within that firm/ or environment who would like to speak out in support. I cannot due to the terms and conditions of posting a comment on here go into more detail but needless to say I feel Ms James' pain. Firms are playing god with people's mental health and their careers, at what point will this be stopped?
