I’ve said this a few times, and I feel some of the below comments help validate my opinion;

Insurers/the ABI and solicitors/Law Society have been on opposite sides of the tilt on injury claims. What’s good for one is bad for the other and vice-versa, with the one exception of fraud. The constant finger-pointing and refusal to work together has led to this. I have no sympathy for claimant PI firms or insurers. I only feel sorry for the legitimate claimant who will find their claim more difficult than before as a result of the actions of “professionals”.

I will get the ball rolling and immediately vote myself down.
