I voted leave. I understood it would be economically harmful in the short and possibly medium term but I thought then (and still think) it would be better for the country in the long term.

That said, it is plain that the overall landscape has changed since the original vote. We now have the following options:

Stay in and forget it all happened.
Leave with no deal.
Leave with Teresa May's or some similar deal.

I would be happy to put those options to the country. I suspect most of the original leave voters would vote to leave with no deal. The remain vote could easily be just as split as the leave vote, given attitudes may have hardened because of the perceived way the UK has been dealt with in the negotiations.

To say another vote would be an 'affront to democracy' is hysterical nonsense. Also, to say this is all Cameron's fault is also nonsense, 5 out of 6 MPs voted to allow the referendum.
