Anonymous at 16.o8 may not (and clearly doesn't) like the judgement but this doesn't make it "manifestly wrong". Personally I can't see the flaw in it and the fact that at its core is the upholding of the member state's right to withdraw the notice without the consent of the remaining members (subject to the time limit) seems a fine confirmation of that state's autonomy and its right to change its mind. Something of a contrast to the position taken by some within our domestic situation.
