Browbeating is frowned upon but if I come across him in practice I'm totally going to be running the argument that he should not only be excluded from the Court room but also the building. In practice I have managed to get rid of these paid McKenzie Friends in the past and look to do so in the future. They are not only an eyesore but also complicate proceedings unnecessarily with their own warped logic which is totally at odd with the rules!
