I don't think firms which have high standards are cults. Instead they are what all firms should be.
However everyone should be happy to answer questions. I always am.
I would much rather raise something and look a fool than make a mistake.

On the other hand those who simply did not study hard enough on their law degree might perhaps spend their evenings reading law books.
