This is nothing more than the same people who would have downloaded the D8 and filed it at court in January. 20% of divorces are now filed this way which means the majority are still being filed the old fashioned way. The real question is has the number of diy divorces increased or have they just moved online. This is not a digital revolution and does nothing to help people understand their rights and responsibilities as it does not deal with finances or child arrangements.
