A forward looking business decision, typical of Clydes. The report says 25% of their Partners are female. That's a great start given the historic issues for women making Partner but if, as Clydes' research suggests, some women are more reticent about promoting themselves, and thereby their firm, that achievement will become a brake on the firm's growth.
