The reason this works is because its backed by insurers, the reason Kennedys have created this programme is the fact they realised that AI would take over 99% of the RTA claims process.
Yes it does mean that a lot of staff would potentially be surplus to requirements but that was going to happen anyway.
When you read some of the comments by people with 30 years experience wanting "the good old days back" you have to concede to the fact this sector is in a bad state, its either full of rogue entities or just old timers unable to see past the "good old days" and as such they play the victim and blame insurers or the government for modern progress.
I don't work for Kennedys or use them but I'm aware of some of their operating systems
