Whilst I have seen some examples of questionable judgment calls by solicitors, I doubt any of them are going to fall for the old "Who's up for putting a ceiling on their costs entitlement ?".

Anon @ 14.49 yesterday quite rightly points out that they tried this with e-billing and that resulted in one volunteer which proved the proposed system to be quite seriously flawed yet they rolled it out anyway.

Anyone with half a commercial brain would say "No, we're ok thanks - whilst we can possibly recover more, we'll seek to do so".

If anyone does volunteer themselves for this pilot, I stand corrected and I would be interested to know of their reasoning.
