I don't deal with Matrimonial cases anymore but my experience in the past and my experience with disabled and elderly clients shows me that Lady Hale is absolutely right: and she did not stray into the political side of things , she did not state that the government have made the wrong decisions only that those they have made have had an impact which is self evident. Thank you your ladyship.
