I have been retired for 9 years but still follow these Gazette pages. This case (?) has raised more comment indeed passion, than most other Gazette reports I can recall. The support for Ms Scott in one form or another, is perhaps more than 95% so if the SRA have any moral, as opposed to legal, authority, they should refer themselves to the SRA and be forced to pay Ms Scott's costs. I am being facetious but an apparent injustice has been done and needs to be remedied.
