I can see the flawed logic behind complaining about partners being largely male (the non-discriminatory reasons for males reaching the top has been well documented in deconstructions of the alleged gender pay gap). However, the complaint about partners being largely white makes no sense at all. 'Whites' make up approximately 87% of the population. It is therefore inevitable that partners of firms in this country will be largely white. It's as daft as complaining that partners in firms in Africa are largely black.
