It's a shame that there is no ability to have a conversation on this message board; I would love to know the viewpoint of the 1 downvoting person in respect of this:
"I am mixed race, Oxon educated. Spent 15 years as counsel in companies and now manage a law firm - why don't these GC's ever send me an invite to be part of their legal panels?
They always go for the Magic Circle, London located law firms - is there any surprise that they get the same result???"
