I am always surprised at the level of SJW/political correctness regarding diversity the surrounds the legal industry, particularly at the top. Is it a surprise that there are more white males (particularly in the US/UK), working ridiculously long hours and thus making it to higher positions? FYI Writing as a non-white male.
