Whatever the law may be in the Land of the Free: in this jurisdiction if you discriminate in favour of or against women or men or white people or black people or straight people or gay people to please the acrual or prospective client you are acting unlawfully and liable to be sued if you get caught. And I hope the SRA will treat the finding of the Tribunal seriously without regard to the gender or race of the complainant.
