She was a trainee for God Sake, confused, stressed, vulnerable, wasn't her decision to do it which hasnt been properly understood - don't you remember what it was like under certain employers, wasn't her fault she got the short straw with this firm in her dream to qualify, do you think most trainees will resign and give up their only chance of having a better life where they wont do such things themselves. Be realistic and give her a break, poor girl, its so sad what's she gone through, got the short straw twice. The well debated and accepted concept of immunity clearly has no place in this jurisdiction as usual. Blimey they even accepted she was bullied etc. Who on Earth sits on these panels, they're doing the whole profession a major disservice, how do we change them?
