Other than an astonishingly rare coterie solicitors do everything that they can to avoid acting for bent clients in PI cases as these cases are a massive drain on time, resources and cash and do not bring in any fees when they inevitably fail.

Claimant firms have been crying out for access to data to allow them to do more and go further and this has been actively and positively withheld (there has been some progress with AskCUE).

The characterisation you make is grossly flawed and based on an inaccurate prospectus; to tarnish an entire sector of the profession as you do is as crass as saying all conveyancers are in bed with high value offshore organised crime rings buying £Million properties in Mayfair.
