I think you might have missed the point slightly 15:17.

ATE premiums for RTA portal claims worth less than £25k cost around £50 each. But certainly shouldnt ever cost over £100.

The fraud is being committed on members of public by way of a deduction from their compensation.

The fact that the insurance industry is big and well-funded has nothing to do with it - they aren't the ones picking up the tab for these policies.

You can bet your bottom dollar that if the insurance industry was still paying for them, this would have been stamped out years ago.
