Large Corporations in £millions
Countries in £billions.

When the Government announces it is going to spend millions or tens of millions or hundreds of millions that is small change.
If you look at any analysis of UK Government expenditure there is no figure for Justice. It is in fact lumped into a category called "Other". It is so unimportant to the Government.

For too long we have chased after the Government and tried to make the Secretary of State, Ministers and civil servants care about justice and legal aid. They don,t care. They never will. It does not matter to them. They are determined to stick to The Treasury's limits on spending and to make the system fit that figure.

Anyone who believes that the MoJ will spend a significant amount more on Justice-to make the system work effectively and efficiently-will be disappointed.
