Poor Claimant all I can say!

As a Claimant representatives it’s hard enough dealing with compensators now, so god knows what it will be like for an individual Claimant come ‘April 2020’.

Trust me the aim of the ‘ABI’ (sorry MOJ) will be to focus on making the system so non functionable that a Claimant will simply not pursue a claim in the first place.

The hardest hit will be the elderly and the non literate person who possibly will not have access to any technology or, simply unable to understand the process. And it’s probably easier getting through to the Queen on the telephone than an Insurer nowadays.

‘Jo public’ will be in for quite a shock when this eventually does get rolled out next Year. I fear yet another ABI (sorry MOJ) process that is rushed out and not fit for purpose.
