The law, even post reforms, does not agree with you. If you suffer a soft tissue injury to the neck for just under a year in any other circumstances than an RTA then it will still be worth £3000. So the injury is

So the injury is ‘worth’ £3K. But the reforms artificially deflate the value in RTAs to ‘deter fraud’.
