There does not seem to be much sympathy for this lady barrister who has clearly shown great dedication to her clients at the cost of her health.If women are ever to advance at the Bar and elsewhere those in authority should exhibit more concern by adjusting their requirements to the daily realities of having young children It should not be either the job or a family and those who have already made it should consider how workplace arrangements and the demands of the court system can be accommodated to ensure minimum inconvenience and delay to all parties
