the diversity bandwagon rolls on at an ever increasing pace. The authorities do not seem to have any misgivings about the fact that it is founded upon identity politics which judges people on the base of their sex and skin colour rather than the content of their character and their ability. Also, can anyone point to a serious study which has actually confirmed that diversity is indeed our strength as opposed to being simply a mantra which seeks to divide people?
