This made me recall a file a colleague dealt with years ago in which the claimant, a LiP, attended a PI trial with her sister.

She had served a lengthy statement prior to the trial, alleging all sorts of nonsense up to and including that the judge had no authority as the Queen hadn't been sworn in properly (I forget the specific reason given for that being the case!).

Ultimately, the trial didn't go well for her and the LiP's sister attempted to perform a citizen's arrest on the judge.

We should have got a transcript just for how brilliant it would have been.
