Presumably the "formal advice" was to do with bringing pillows and ear plugs into court to ensure that she got a proper sleep. Power-napping is fine so far as it goes, but why not utilise the full 3 - 4 hour court session? It is the lack of foresight and preparedness in this judge that dismays me most
