I’ve seen test trials from some competitors – there are a few companies trying this – and the results have been quite compelling. One company had an 85% success ratio in beta testing over 6,000 calls of varying quality.

It’s very clever tech, designed to catch the dishonest and, in my eyes, worthy of investment. Although it’s being used in insurance fraud, it looks to be a good testing ground for potential use in a broader environment.

I don’t see why so many comments are so disparaging. To a member of the public reading these comments, the profession might just appear bitter & resentful.
