Once again the protests from the vested interests involved override any concept of justice. Having McK in hundreds of family court hearings, and 98% of the time been thanked by the judge for my help to the court, why should impoverished litigants be forced to go it alone? And please spare me the brain surgeon analogy as most hearings require only basic common sense support.
