Despicable behaviour from this solicitor, should have been struck off. This was not borne out of naivety, inexperience or workplace pressure from oppressive bosses. This was a calculated money-making opportunity to the detriment of a desperate client, which was compounded by following through with the repossession of her home and enforcing the debt in full, together with additional costs. And after the SRA's sanction this solicitor has still come out on top!
