Even if you have to pay for them yourself, try to do as many training courses in other areas of practice so that you can give yourself say a 3-year plan to get out of crimbo work.

Advice for the Elderly/Wills/Planning is going to get much bigger as bigger as the population ages, and there is currently a shortage of such solicitors.

Go onto the STEP website and you'll see they offer lots of re-training opportunties.
