Come on chaps (a broad and inclusive term including both genders whether self identified or otherwise and none) let's not lose sight of the potential comedy value and catharsis of this '360 self reflection' here's my log.

1. ref ABC-309987-205 Client A, property dispute.
God that client was a grinding rectal ache: I am glad they lost and got hosed with costs and they would never listen to advice, always knew better and refused too take any responsibility.

Reflective learning, make sure you ask for a larger amount on account of costs each month and record every footling email and call you get from them about irrelevant fripperies.

2. Ref ABC-199409 Clients B&C contentious probate.
Dishonest clients and borderline improper instructions which resulted in a number of letters advising that I could not continue. Counsel was an arse but supported the claim such that the legal expenses insurance funded the matter until the conflict of interest occurred.
Reflective Learning. Make sure that you record all telephone calls and make a costs protective offer when they complain so that dealing with the Ombudsman is less onerous.
