The committee's chair, Labour's Clive Betts, told the Gazette he was previously not aware of this 'completely outrageous' practice.

I hope This particular MP isn't questioning the honour of the solicitor practices that deal with New Build work. We all work to a code of conduct,and on the rare occasions that a solicitor has failed the public, there is a course of action. So to put ME in this completely outrageous practice is unfair...if there is any bullying going on then it is the developers sales people that are involved and the story should say that.
So my message to Labour's Clive Betts is 'Why don't you concentrate on giving our country some 'certainty'
