I do wonder how many of the requisitions are down to the lenders. I do often have to send off applications, knowing that I will get a requisition, because I need to submit it within the priority period even though the seller's lender has still not either provided the executed DS1 or removed their charge electronically.

Perhaps they can also 'name and shame' the lenders who take so long to deal with that after completion to cut down the requisitions they cause.
