Of course what I ponder, is how much of these charging problems and indeed Lippies in the Courts have been caused by (a) The Profession (plural in respect of accountability or if fused as they should be singular), not mandating fixed costs well before they now have been apparently forced to do (for cases up to £100k) and (c) the abolition of Central Funds (Nigel Evans MP having much to say about that error) ...
