In other news, a solicitor was recently sued for not explaining to his client the difference between the sky and the sea, resulting in the unfortunate sinking of a non-submersible helicopter off Grimsby

This followed the recent dicta in "Pedantically Litigious -v- Blindingly Obvious LLP (a firm)" where a solicitor was found negligent for failing to explain to his client the distinction between a footpath and road, resulting in a driver causing the deaths of three pedestrians, a baby and a Labrador in an alleyway in Cleethorpes.
