If I submit 1000 applications to the Land Registry, I could quite easily receive 1000 requisitons, the requisitions could in fact say essentially:

'thank you for being speedy in your application, it is all correct, but we just await to hear from the seller's mortgage lender with their discharge, - so sorry to keep you waiting, we wish mortgage lenders were automated to discharge with us on the day they receive repayment'
