I am a sole practitioner. I have never had a claim or even a complaint in 20 years and I could have bought a small house with the insurance premia I have paid in that time.

I have to decide if I add the freelance word or not. Not yet decided but as I have at most one piece of litigation a year I am not sure it is worth it. Loads of my competitors these days are not solicitors firms. They are limited company legal consultants set up by ex solicitors. The clients often could not care and do not know the differences. Now we have all kinnds of alternative business structures people have no clue at times who is what any more.
