Parliamentary privilege is there for a reason. Like prerogative power it should not be misused. Sometimes the Judges get it wrong and we have to remember in any event that you can't actually get an injunction without a good deal of wedge behind you. If you look at the history of Private Eye you will see that they could have exposed (even) large(r) numbers of crooks but for those in full bottomed wigs who were all too ready to believe well financed malefactors.
