So I am a pensioner, over 70 and cannot use the Internet effectively or at all - I have difficulty seeing and hearing and travel to a court office is too expensive - My doctor wants to charge me over £100 for a simple report on the injuries I have suffered being knocked over by a cyclist/car racing down the high street and who gave me an address which I cannot verify. How am I now supposed to pursue my claim for compensation from the offending cyclist/driver as I cannot afford to pay for the medical report and I cannot use the internet to pursue the claim or find out if the MIBureau will pay me the appropriate compensation. Perhaps Insurance Man (clearly a young blade) can help?
