The insurance industry and their advisors are very well trained. "We are your friends litigant in person" but one slight slip up and we will be shouting from the rooftops waiving our Fundamental Dishonesty flag and taking your home. How one earth our legal system has become so one sided and on the side of the negligent party beggars belief. when I was studying law the maxim of a "level playing field" was paramount. Those days are long gone. Maybe this will be addressed in years to come and this period be ridiculed by future academics.
