"a whole load of trans women including those who are not officially female yet"... what the heck does that mean? And if you think we do better despite transitioning you clearly have no idea whatsoever of what you write. Transitioning at work is a one-way ticket to marginalisation and exclusion for most of us. Please keep your bigoted opinions to yourself. You're not helping...
