What a waste of time. The JAC system is inherently biased against solicitors, especially those with families. Arranging another set of courses to educate people on the woeful JAC system (probably in London over a weekend) just encourages more solicitors into wasting their time and money before being rejected.

Instead of educating people away from ‘perceived barriers’ why don’t they spend the money consulting with lawyers and getting rid of the actual barriers?

The JAC is not fit for purpose and needs significant overhaul before solicitors are given anything close to a fair crack of the whip.
