Anon 12:21. I am a middle aged white man and find your use of the phrase "male, pale and stale" incredibly offensive. You might not like middle aged white men (perhaps you have a basic human right to be racist, sexist and ageist) but in commenting on an article about equality and diversity, please show some sensitivity and tolerance towards those of us who don't meet your ideal.
