In a change of tactics, God decided that rather than rely on the old "good triumphs over evil" rubric, to sue the Devil seeking injunctions and other relief so as to prevent Old Nick form spreading his lies and evil ways.

Unfortunately he was unable to issue his claim because there were no lawyers to be found in Heaven
