Articles like this always make me laugh. 258 cases means less than 5 cases a week. Most European capitals' commercial courts easily handle this amount of cases in a single quarter and the foreign litigants in absolute numbers are no less than in London.
But hey, London is everyone's favourite court!
For Russian oligarchs, maybe. The tendency in the rest of the modern world is to avoid London and the absurd English law as much as humanly possible.
