In a previous occupation, myself and at least 3 other male colleagues were sexually harassed by the same woman.

All four of us raised it with our manager. She said she would "talk to her" and it would abate for a short while but then continue (most commonly when she had been drinking).

Our manager, who was also one of her drinking buddies, told us to be more considerate because the woman in question was "a bit stressed".
