Men need to stop sexually pestering women and women have to be prepared to work full time if they want to advance in pay and promotion. Its not men who prevent you from working part time or reaching the top of your profession its called capitalism and its called settling for not having everything you want in life. As Shakespeare said no one is treated/rewarded as they deserve to be. Not even men.
