Anon 13:25, 5 years ago, one of my managees decided to clear her desk 20 minutes before home time and to roll cigarettes for her journey home. I asked her what she thought she was doing and told her to put her tobacco away and get on with some work. Rolling cigarettes was something for lunch time or after work. She complained to HR that I had been bullying her.

I'm sure that bullying does exist, but not everything so reported actually is.
